APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
At SyndiVoice, we’re looking for experienced radio professionals who know how to connect with an audience and deliver polished, engaging content. Applicants should have professional on-air experience, strong voice-tracking skills, and the ability to adapt their delivery across different stations, formats, and audiences.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
SyndiVoice talent may be responsible for multiple shows or stations at the same time, so flexibility and organization are essential. You should be comfortable producing consistent voice tracks on schedule, following station-specific direction, and adjusting your style when needed—all while maintaining your own personality on the air.
MARKETING YOUR TALENT
Show us what you can do. Submit a clean, dry aircheck that highlights your personality, delivery, timing, and ability to create engaging breaks without relying heavily on music, imaging, or production effects. Experience with remote voice tracking and working independently is a major plus.
